These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AxleAI Shopify storefront and digital education products sold at axle-ai.store (the "Services"). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Seller

The Services are provided by Ellem's Towing and Transport Pty Ltd (ACN 667 788 892, ABN 59 667 788 892) ("we", "us").

2. What you are buying

AxleAI sells digital lifetime-access training passes for freight business education, including access to course materials described on the product pages at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases are for digital content only and do not include physical goods, towing services, or transport services.

This store (axle-ai.store) is operated separately from axle-ai.com. A purchase on this store does not automatically include access to axle-ai.com member features unless we expressly state that in the product description.

3. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information and keep your Shopify customer account secure. Access is personal to you unless we agree otherwise in writing. Sharing login credentials, reselling access, or publicly redistributing course materials is prohibited.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify Checkout and Shopify Payments (or other payment methods enabled on this store). Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are GST-inclusive where GST applies. We do not store your full card number on our own servers. Card data is handled by Shopify and its payment processors under their terms and security controls.

5. Lifetime access

"Lifetime" means ongoing access for the life of the AxleAI product as we reasonably operate it on this store, not a guarantee that the product will exist forever without change. We may update, improve, or replace materials. If we discontinue the Services entirely, we will provide a reasonable alternative or refund option consistent with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Educational disclaimer

Course content is educational. It is not legal, accounting, compliance, or financial advice for your specific operation. You remain responsible for decisions about rates, loads, safety, and regulatory compliance.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Services, attempt to reverse engineer systems, overload infrastructure, or use course materials for unlawful or harmful purposes.

8. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase as set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupply of the Services or a refund of the amount paid for the affected purchase.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version in our store policies. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future purchases and ongoing access, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts in Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
